When Your Order Goes Missing

Lost Package? Don't sweat it. If your package gets lost in transit, we've got your back with our Zero-Wait Guarantee. Once we confirm the loss with our shipping partners, you get an immediate replacement or full refund - no bureaucratic runaround.

When Tracking Goes Silent

Sometimes tracking info decides to take a creative break. If your package tracking hasn't updated for:

  • Standard Shipping: 30+ days
  • Express Shipping: 18+ days

We'll investigate and make it right with a replacement or refund.

"Delivered" But Not Really

If tracking shows delivered but your kicks never showed up, we'll sort it out. Just forward us any proof from your local carrier within 15 days, and we'll handle the rest.

Address Issues - Let's Keep It Real

We'll do everything we can to get your order to you, but we need accurate address info to make it happen. If we can't deliver because of incomplete or incorrect details you provided, that's on you. Double-check those details!

Also can't help with:

  • Nobody home for delivery
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Express shipping ordered without providing a phone number
  • Customs holds (that's between you and your government)
  • Acts of nature, politics, or other chaos beyond our control

Remote Areas & Special Situations

Some places are off the beaten path - delivery to remote areas can take 2-3 months. Check with the shipping company if you're unsure about your location.

Peak Season Heads Up: During Black Friday, holidays, and other madness, shipping takes longer and costs more. We'll keep you posted.

International Shipping Limitations

We ship worldwide, but some locations have restrictions. Check our shipping calculator at checkout for availability to your area.

Tax & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. If you refuse to pay these upon delivery, we can't refund or reship - that's international trade, not us being difficult.
