Our 7-Day Quality Assurance Window

We're here to help with any issues within 7 days of delivery. This gives us the best chance to make things right while keeping our operations smooth and coordinating efficiently with our suppliers.

This 7-day window covers:

  • Size exchanges
  • Print quality issues
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong product shipped
  • Missing items from your order

Quality Issues

Damaged, Defective, or Poor Quality? Just send us an email with photos showing what happened within 7 days of delivery, and we'll take care of you with a replacement or full refund.

Note: For items damaged during shipping (like packaging issues), you'll need to work directly with the shipping carrier as that's outside our control.

Wrong Product

Received a different design than expected? No worries! Email us your order number along with photos of what you ordered versus what arrived within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send the right item or process a refund.

Missing Items

Part of your order didn't make it? Reach out with your order number and details about what's missing within 7 days of delivery - we'll get those items sent out or refunded quickly.

Design Issues

Print quality doesn't match our preview? Send us photos showing the difference within 7 days of delivery, and if there's a significant variation from what we advertised, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Please check our design specifications before ordering to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Size Exchanges - We've Got You Covered

Need a different size? We offer one complimentary size exchange per customer account for shoes and clothing to make sure you get the perfect fit:

  • Request within 7 days of delivery for the free exchange
  • Available for shoes and clothing items
  • Size changes up to 2 sizes from your original order
  • Additional exchanges would require covering return shipping

For a size exchange, please include:

  • How the current size fits (too big/small/narrow)
  • Your preferred new size
  • Order number and name

When We Can't Help

We want to be upfront about situations where we're unable to process returns:

  • Beyond 7 days of delivery for any quality, sizing, or product issues
  • Items that have been worn outdoors or show significant wear and tear
