What is your return and refund policy?

How do I start a return?

Just email us at support@43kicks.store with your order number and reason. We’ll reply within 2-3 business days with next steps.

What if I’ve already worn them once?

If they’ve been gently tried on indoors—no problem. But shoes with wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, dirt, creases) can't be returned.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong size?

Within 24 hours of ordering? Contact us immediately at support@43kicks.store with your order number and the correct size you need. We'll modify your order before production begins.

After 24 hours? Your order is already in production and can't be changed. Please wait until you receive your kicks.

Good news: We offer one free size exchange per customer account! If you're not happy with the fit, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a complimentary size exchange (available for changes up to 2 sizes from your original order). What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the print quality?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with the print quality, please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery. Our team is here to listen and work with you to find a resolution that suits your needs.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item or something is missing from my order?

If you received an incorrect item or are missing contents from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide a photo of the product you received, along with any other relevant details about the error. This will help us expedite our investigation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What do I do if the item I received is damaged during shipping?

Although we strive to ensure your product arrives in pristine condition, unforeseen circumstances may occur. If your product is damaged or defective, please capture clear pictures showcasing the issue and email them to support@43kicks.store within 7 days of delivery.

We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.

Note: For damage to the packaging/box during shipping (not the shoes themselves), please contact the shipping carrier directly as that's outside our control.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Select the perfect style, color, and size for you from our product page. Once you've made your picks, click 'Add To Cart' and follow the prompts to complete your order.

You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details as soon as you're done shopping.

How do I check the status of my order?

Within 5-10 days of ordering, we'll send you an email with all the details - including tracking info that lets you keep tabs on your package's progress.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We get it - sometimes you need to make a change! You have 24 hours after placing your order to contact us if you need to cancel or modify it (like changing size, color, design, or shipping address).

After 24 hours, your kicks are already in production since we're a print-on-demand business, and we won't be able to make changes or cancel the order. So please reach out quickly if you need help!

To cancel or modify your order, email us at support@43kicks.store with:

  • Your order number
  • What you'd like to change or if you want to cancel
  • If modifying: the new details (size, color, design, or address)

We'll do our best to process your request before production begins.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we can update it before production begins.

After 24 hours, we can't modify the address since your order is already in production. If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information after that point, we won't be able to offer a replacement or refund.

We also can't help with delivery issues related to:

  • Nobody being home when delivery is attempted
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Express shipping ordered without providing a phone number

Make sure your address is complete and accurate, and include a phone number for express shipments. If you spot a mistake, reach out within 24 hours!

I haven't received a confirmation email. What do I do?

Missing our confirmation email? Don't stress! If you're not seeing it in your inbox, try checking your spam folder first. Also verify the address you used during checkout.

And if that doesn't work? Just shoot us a message via our Contact Page and we'll resend the confirmation email to make sure everything is good to go.

When will I get my Kicks?

Every pair of 43Kicks is made to order — we don’t fire up production until you place your order. This approach helps us reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and keep things sustainable — while still delivering bold, personalized kicks.

Here’s what to expect:

Production Time: 5–7 business days

(Your shoes are printed, assembled, and quality-checked — all just for you.)

Shipping Time: 2–4 weeks

(Depends on where you live and how the shipping gods are feeling.)

Total Delivery Time: Usually 3–4 weeks from order to doorstep

What if I live in a remote area?

Some locations are off the beaten path, and delivery to remote areas can take 2–3 months depending on accessibility. You can check with the shipping company's official website to see if your address is considered a remote area. We appreciate your patience if you're in one of these locations!

How does peak season affect shipping?

During busy shopping periods like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season, shipping times may be longer than usual due to high package volumes and limited carrier capacity. Shipping costs may also increase during these times. We'll notify you on our website and via email if peak season impacts are expected, so keep an eye out for those updates.

Do I need to sign upon delivery?

A signature is not required when receiving the package.

What do I do if I do not receive my package?

If tracking shows your package hasn't updated for 30+ days (standard shipping) or 18+ days (express shipping), or if you still haven't received your package 60 days after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Our Zero-Wait Guarantee means once we confirm a lost package with our shipping partners, you'll get an immediate replacement or full refund - no waiting around. What if tracking shows "delivered" but I never received my package?

Sometimes tracking marks a package as delivered when it hasn't actually arrived. If this happens to you, first check with neighbors or building management to see if it was left elsewhere. Then contact your local carrier - they may send you proof of delivery details. If you receive any documentation from the carrier, forward it to us at support@43kicks.store within 15 days and we'll investigate and resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

How much does shipping cost?

Do you ship internationally? What about customs fees?
